Thank you for helping us become a success. We hope that you agree that we have attempted to provide you with the best preventive medicine and primary care, and have provided it with ease and accessibility.

Unfortunately, change is upon us. I have been offered a full-time Medical Directorship position with a national research company that works to bring generic pharmaceuticals into the marketplace.

The business and politics of practicing primary care medicine are continually unpredictable and onerous, and although I love what I do, and particularly love the relationships that I have developed, I know that this is the correct path for me to pursue.

We will be available throughout the end of the 2008 and will continue to provide the best care possible until that time. After Jan 1, 2009 no further appointments will be scheduled and prescriptions will no longer be filled or refilled through our office.
